Simply put, it’s 30 years of experience of training myself and helping others .. constantly exploring and researching new and better ways to improve my own athletic performance, while dealing with life’s unpredictable experiences along the way. I now want to share all that I have learned and will continue to learn with my clients to help them improve their own athletic performance.
I like to believe that in order to be a good athlete or a fitter healthier person, requires the sum of all the parts done well… knowing what to do, how to do it, when to do it and then of course balancing it with life itself ..so they all complement each other.
So in order to be a great coach you must be a great explorer. Because every individual athlete is different and therefore becomes a unique exploration in themselves in order for the coach to discover the sum of all those parts…and make sure they are all done well.
I like to think I am becoming a great explorer …as I constantly explored my own limits …and that is why I like to lead by example, which is one thing you will learn about me .. as doing this keeps me genuine not only as an athlete myself but also as a coach.
